The people were happy and seemed to never stop smiling. I couldn’t blame them at all. It was truly wonderful.

Over the course of those 20 days we visited 3 different islands, taking advantage of the very inexpensive island “hops” that were available to travel amongst the numerous islands that make up the beautiful state of Hawaii. Some of the more memorable experiences of our trip took place on the beaches surrounding Kihei and Lahaina, on the south-west side of Maui, where we had scheduled the longest stint of our trip. We ate like kings at several luaus and snorkeled around “Black Rock”, a haven for sea life.
